For a girl with the warmest hugs, the cutest smile, the toughest fists, yet a kind heart in my eyes.

The girl who laughs at my jokes, and keeps me warm in the coldest of hours.

This girl isn't any average girl, no she's much more than that. She's the girl that leaves me breathless.



Today, is the virgin year, the year that I've been with my girl for a year. This year, has been rough, it wasn't easy. So many mistakes, regrets and painful lessons. But as you can see, I'm still here, with her. I hope it's a lesson to all of you out there, that even the hardest of days can be overcome. But I couldn't of done it, without her help. She forgave me when I didn't deserve forgiveness, she held me when I pushed her away. Fuck, this girl drives me insane, there are days when it hurts to be near her and I can't breath. Then the next thing I know, I'm so close to her that I'm suffocating in her affection.

I miss the days when we are together, I wish I could go back to the old days, before the mistakes, the regrets and just lay in your arms. But I realize now that...My mistakes, your mistakes, mean nothing, as long as we have each other. And I hope... That in someway, I can make your world, seem bright. Be your kindling fire in the dark and your beacon when your lost. Your my girl, my one and only girl. And I never regret the day I kissed you and ran off. I love you, and I'm glad I did what I did.

I can't wait for the day that we sit side by side by the ocean shore, watching the sun disappear over the horizon, or the sound of crinkling leaves under our feet as we stroll through an autumn forest. Or the day when we are old and we look down upon our children, and our children's children as we tell them the stories of us as kids. The laughs we've had and the cries we've shared. Until the day I die, I'll be by your side, and even after that, my soul shall linger waiting for you to accompany me.
